Turn calendar events into SMS reminders

Connect the calendar you already use

Link Google Calendar in one click, or connect Outlook, iCloud and most other calendars through a public ICS link. New events sync in the background and become contacts with reminders ready to go.

• Google Calendar one-click connection
• Outlook, iCloud and other calendars via ICS link
• Background sync keeps everything up to date

Still on a paper diary? Take a photo

Snap a picture of your appointment book and Remindlo's AI reads the names, dates and phone numbers, then creates contacts and schedules reminders in seconds. No typing required.

Cancellations are handled for you

When an appointment is cancelled in your calendar, Remindlo clears the pending reminder so customers never get a message about a visit that is no longer happening.

Write your events however you like

You do not have to adopt a naming convention for Remindlo's benefit. Whatever shorthand you already use - a booking code, an honorific, the job, a price - the customer's name is read out of the entry rather than copied from it, so the reminder greets them properly.
